Throughout his career, he has concentrated on establishing sustainable capabilities in biosafety and bio-risk management. Carl actively contributes to the formulation and execution of compliance management strategies, including initiatives for the commercialisation of biotech products.

In addition, Carl serves as the sole Excellence Through Stewardship auditor in the South Pacific. This program advocates for the widespread adoption of product stewardship programs and quality management systems throughout the entire life cycle of agricultural technology products. His commitment lies in streamlining the pathway to market for innovative solutions.
