Ella Reshef is a Business Manager in the Biotechnologies Group at Callaghan Innovation, working with  companies to commercialise industry-led R&D across biotechnology, agrifood and natural health. She helps businesses translate science ambition into commercial reality by creating partnerships, securing funding pathways, and enabling scale-up of bio-based products and processes.

With prior experience in research at a medical device biotechnology start-up, Ella understands the realities of moving from promising science to market-ready solutions. She is passionate about stronger collaboration between industry and research to grow high-value life sciences capability in Aotearoa New Zealand.
