Rana has over 18 years’ experience in animal health. Prior to joining Brandon Capital (Portfolio Manager, New Zealand), and Cadmus Animal Health (COO), Rana was the Head of Innovation for Global Animal Health Organization, Argenta. She has international experience in pharmaceutical, contract manufacturing, contract R&D and innovation, having lived and worked in the US for four years before returning home to New Zealand in 2020. Rana held roles in the field of animal health ranging from engineering design and build, creating and building project management capability, new business and client relationships through to a global role developing and selling/licensing innovation assets. 

Rana has a Bachelor of Engineering – Chemical and Materials (Honours) and a Master of Engineering – Chemical Engineering (Honours), both from the University of Auckland.
