Professor Travis Glare is currently CEO of Lincoln Agritech, an independent research organisation in New Zealand, and Professor of Applied Entomology of Lincoln University. Travis is also co-founder and Chief Science Officer of the contract manufacturing company Biosouth Ltd and Managing Director of Agroceutical Products NZ Ltd. He has previously been Director of a National Centre of Research Excellence, the Bioprotection Research Centre, Director of the Research Management Office at Lincoln University and worked in a government owned research institute AgResearch in New Zealand for 20 years. He has a background in insect pathology, molecular biology and biopesticide development, as well as commercialisation of research.
